Whilst I specialise in relationships I am also qualified to work with grief, inner child exploration, bereavement, anxiety, stress, trauma, heartbreak, divorce and more. I'll help you deeply connect with yourself so you can consciously connect with others.

As a Dating Relationship Expert I have been helping individuals and couples since 2011 to find, build and deepen loving relationships. I combine my qualifications in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (PCT, CBT, Psychodynamic) with my training of Imago Relationship therapy with deep relational insight to help you understand not just what’s happening in your love life, but why and how to change it.Your sessions are personalised to your needs, your pace, and your goals.
